Refund Policy

1. Free Trial (3 Days)

OrthoMind offers a 3-day free trial to allow you to explore the platform before committing. A valid credit card is required to activate the trial, but you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.

Important: If you do not cancel within the 3-day trial period, your subscription will automatically begin, and your card will be charged the subscription fee.

2. Refund Policy

Because our service is digital and accessible immediately after billing, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions once a billing cycle has started, including cases where you forget to cancel before the trial ends.

Recommendation: We recommend all users take full advantage of the free trial to evaluate the platform before continuing with a paid subscription.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in the following exceptional circumstances:

Technical Issues

If OrthoMind was inaccessible or non-functional due to a system error on our side, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error.

To request a refund in these cases: Email support@orthomind.ai within 7 days of the charge. All requests will be reviewed individually, but approval is not guaranteed.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your billing cycle. After that, no further charges will be applied.

Note: We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
