Note: OrthoMind is not intended to process patient-identifiable information (PII). Users are instructed not to submit names, dates of birth, or any other direct identifiers.

Clinical data and screenshots submitted through the platform are processed temporarily during the active session. Once the session ends, we do not retain or store these uploads.

We use trusted third-party services to support our operations. These partners may process your information solely as needed to provide their services and under strict confidentiality agreements.

The services we currently use include:

  • Supabase (authentication and user data storage)
  • AWS (infrastructure and cloud hosting)

4. AI Model Usage

Your clinical inputs may be temporarily processed by a custom-trained AI model hosted securely on our infrastructure. These inputs are not stored or used to retrain any models. Data is processed in-memory and remains ephemeral, existing only during your active session.

5. Data Retention

We retain user data only for as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal obligations.

Screenshots or case-related inputs uploaded by users are never stored after a session ends. Once the session is closed, all such data is permanently discarded.

6. Data Security

We use encryption and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest. All communication between your browser and our servers is secured via HTTPS.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
